Short to long term

Multiple interventions at jointly agreed intervals ensuring the desired outcomes.

Retainership

A subject matter expert (SME) as an extended leadership arm or a mentor to support the existing team.

BOT

This is to help build capabilities, operate and transfer the same to the internal team when ready to do so.
